Return & Exchange Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the item has not been used, remains in excellent condition, and is returned in its original packaging.
Please note: custom-made and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
1. Proof of Purchase
The item was purchased via the official website https://ethnograce.com/
No more than 14 calendar days have passed since delivery
Valid proof of purchase is provided (receipt or shipping confirmation)
A completed return/exchange request form has been submitted
2. Item Condition
The item must meet all of the following criteria:
Unworn, unused, and undamaged
Not used for photo or video shoots
Not washed, altered, or modified in any way
Free from stains, makeup marks, pet hair, odors, or any signs of use
All original tags, labels, stickers, and protective elements are intact
Returned in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom-made or personalized products
Items with removed or damaged tags
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
Items returned after the 14-day period
Return & Exchange Process
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging
Ship the parcel to the address provided by our support team
Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are issued using the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
